5. Content Ownership & License
Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Amanah. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.
Our Content: The Amanah platform, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
6. AI-Powered Features
Amanah offers AI-powered features to enhance your experience, including:
- AI-assisted caption generation for posts
- Automatic image descriptions
- Video metadata generation
- Content moderation
AI-generated content is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before posting. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions.
7. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Collect user information without consent
- Use the platform for commercial purposes without permission
- Create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes
8. Moderation & Enforcement
We reserve the right to review, remove, or disable access to any content that violates these terms. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or severely violate our guidelines. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion, and we will strive to be fair and consistent in our enforcement.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Amanah is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for content posted by users or any interactions between users.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amanah and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, if any.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Amanah after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Termination
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, though some provisions of these terms will survive termination.
